Network problems on Windows Server 2012 with Hyper-V switches

Are you experiences network issues – instability, performance problems, freezing, etc. after setting up a Hyper-V network switch? My particular setup is a Dell OptiPlex 9020 with Intel I-217LM NIC and Windows Server 2012 R2. Here’s what fixed it for me:

Try disabling “Large Send Offload V2 (IPv4)” from the network card advanced properties:
